A Top Cape Town Attraction

West Coast National Park

Is Cape Town your holiday destination, well this tour is a must do adventure to book during your travels through South Africa.

Meet us at the Geelbek restaurant in the West Coast National Park at 10am. From here, we will embark on a magical nature e-bike adventure.

Electric bikes or e-bikes are extremely user friendly and comfortable and will make your ride fun and effortless. After approximately 8km’s of effortless cycling, we leave the main road and head off down a single track close to the lagoon, where you are sure to see roaming tortoise, ostrich. Other wildlife that can be spotted in the reserve are large antelope such as eland, red hartebeest, bontebok, gemsbok, steenbok, mountain zebra and duiker. Other smaller animals include the bat-eared fox, caracal, and Cape gray mongoose.

The West Coast National Park boasts an incredibly rich variety of bird life and wonderful diversity of marine organisms and is recognised as one of the most beautiful coastal wetlands in South Africa with a high diversity of fynbos and other plant species as well. The Atlantic Ocean is its western boundary with the coastal towns of Saldanha and Langebaan a short distance away.

The highest point in the reserve, the Seeberg Viewpoint is where we “rest” and soak in the amazing views some of Cape Town’s greatest sights such as Table Mountain, the Cedarberg mountaints and the azure waters of the Langebaan lagoon stretched far below. You may also enjoy reading up on the history of the little stone cottage perched atop the granite boulders.

From a carefully chosen viewpoint (dependent on the wind) we set up a delicious gourmet picnic, for you to enjoy as your soak up your surrounds.

With full bellies and relaxed euphoria we encourage you back onto your electric steeds as we head back to our starting point where we send you on your way, happy and fulfilled.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the Covid-19 situation, we are taking all the necessary precautions for your and our safety. Therefore we are committed to ensuring that each e-bikes hand grips and helmets are sanitized after each use. Fortunately, we are away from crowds during this activity, and if food is included in this tour, it will be a “meal on the go” during the ride. We are able to provide a face mask if necessary. It’s not going to stop us having a fun and memorable day out with us.

Have questions? Here's the most frequently asked.

I can no longer use my tickets. Can I give them to a friend?

Your tickets are transferrable, so if you can’t use your tickets, feel free to give them to a friend to use.

What do we do in case of bad weather?

The only thing that may postpone a tour is rain. Our E-Bikes dont like water, so we are always prepared to re schedule in the event of rain.

What should I bring with me?

Remember you are riding, so wear comfortable clothing. When it’s really hot out, we recommend an application of sunscreen on exposed parts of the body and a lightweight pair of sunglasses. During the cooler seasons it’s important to bring a warm top.

Do you support corporate, or private events?

We absolutely do! We can accommodate a variety of special requests (family reunions, Birthday parties, out of town guests, team building, corporate, conventions, festivals, parades, grand openings and more).

What a fabulous day on an e-bike!! We had a great experience riding among the flowers in West Coast National Park with Nigel. Loved the lunch. Great video is provided afterwards. We'll definitely do this again!
